My Name Vidi Rinaldy, I born in Bogor, I currently 20 years old, I life in Ciomas Bogor, I graduated from Gunadarma University, and  I majored in Accounting

Why should we hire you?

Because I have more capabilities in the field of accounting

What is the reason behind leaving your last job?

I like my last job but the reason i left the job is i wanted to find a new experience and challenge in this job

Why have you been unemployed for such a long time?

Because I search for this field for a long time in many big company

Tell me your ability to work under pressure?

I can work under pressure because i can teach my mentality, my soul, and my confidence so much to be a powerful personality

Tell me your job experience?

My last job was a manager at one of the private banks and i really enjoy  the job but i wanted to new experience and new challenge in my carrer so that i can teach the mental and personality

What are your expectations from job?

My expectations are with this job i can found the new experience and teach about personality in my carrer

Describe your management sytle?

My management style is when needed, I ready for help because not many people can do the work itself, required cooperation with others in order to work noticeably easier to do

Are you a team player?

Yes, because a team player is studies about personality

What irritates you about co-workers?

I really don’t like when co workers disturb my work because it can impair concentration and focus on what I’m doing

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

I want to work in this company forever with note the company is need my ability and capabilities

How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I can see for 5 years from now, i can be to a powerful personality because i can teach and more teach and every year there will always be a challenge which i will pass and it will train myself to be more powerful than ever

Do you consider yourself successful?

Yes, because success is not only about how much salary i can have, is about how i can do a working well and success it will come by itself

My weakness is still a little shy

What is your strength?

My strength is hard worker and i always come on time

What position do you prefer on a team working on a project?

Position is not too important, what the important is i can work well and i’m ready to be positioned anywhere

How much salary do you expect?

No matter how much salary i can have, the important thing is i can carry out this work properly

Are you ready to be replaced any time to other city or abroad?

Yes I do, because with i working on the other city, i have a new experience and teach my mentality and personality

Paragraf Deduktif dan Induktif beserta contohnya

Paragraf Deduktif
Paragraf Deduktif merupakan paragraf yang inti kalimatnya atau kalimat utamanya ada di awal paragraf. Paragraf ini disertai dengan kalimat kalimat penjelas.
Contoh paragraf deduktif :

    Motor saat ini merupakan kendaraan roda dua yang sangat diandalkan oleh orang orang untuk beraktivitas. Apalagi untuk berpergian ke tempat jauh, motor sangat diandalkan dari segi efisiensi waktunya. Motor sangat bisa diandalkan dalam hal akomodasi karena mempunyai bagasi yang bisa dipergunakan untuk menaruh barang untuk kebutuhan manusia dalam beraktivitas. Motor saat ini mendukung berbagai macam aktivitas seperti bisa digunakan untuk delivery mengantar barang atau bisa juga digunakan sebagai ojek untuk mengantar penumpang sampai ke tujuan tertentu, dan lain sebagainya. Motor memiliki banyak jenisnya ada yang motor matic, motor bebek, dan motor sport.

Paragraf Induktif
Paragraf induktif merupakan paragraf yang kalimat utamanya letaknya ada di akhir paragraf. Dengan kalimat penjelas yang berada di awal kalimat.
Contoh paragraf induktif :

    Setiap orang tua tentu menginginkan anaknya sukses. Tidak heran. jika kebanyakan orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke sekolah favorit dengan alasan agar anaknya mendapat pendidikan yang layak dan dapat bersaing. Pendidikan yang tepat tidak harus selalu memasukkan ke sekolah favorit, tetapi mengarahkan anak sesuai dengan minat dan bakat mereka masing masing. Karena dengan mengarahkan minat dan bakat sesuai keinginan mereka, mereka seperti tidak merasa terpaksa dan mereka akan senang akan hal itu dan melakukan yang terbaik untuk minat dan bakat mereka masing masing. Oleh karena itu, dukungan orang tua sangat penting untuk menentukan pekerjaan yang layak dan sesuai dengan minat dan bakat mereka agar mereka menjadi anak yang sukses dan membanggakan orang tua.
